Semiconductors
We produce high-purity iodine-based oxidising agents used in chemical mechanical planarisation (CMP) and selective metal etching processes that enable the layering of metal wiring (interconnects) in silicon chip production. We can manufacture products to parts per million (ppm) and parts per billion (ppb) levels of impurities.
Metal Plating
Tin(II) compounds are used in many electronics plating applications in surface finishing, plastic metallisation in the manufacture of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and as solder. Our high-purity tin dichloride and tin monoxide add value and improve performance in these applications.
Light Polarisation Films
Light polarisation films are used across photography, LCD screens and automotive applications to improve colour contrast and reduce glare. Our potassium iodine and potassium iodate are used to dye polarization films.
