Thermal Control Coatings
We manufacture near infra-red absorbing materials that can be used in coatings and glass to regulate temperature in warmer climates. Our LuxacalTM product range is patent-protected and is based on the doped-tungsten oxide chemistry. Uses include plastic interlayers for energy efficient windows and coatings to help regulate temperature in the agricultural industry.
Perovskite Solar Technology
Perovskite solar technology is the next-generation of solar power. We offer high purity Perovskite precursor chemicals to technology developers in this growing industry. We have developed a process to manufacture lead iodide, a precursor material for Perovskite-based materials used in solar cells.
Solid-State Batteries
Solid-state batteries are the next-generation battery technology expected to surpass traditional lithium-ion batteries in energy storage capacity and charge times. We have developed a patent pending precipitation process to produce a range of high purity garnet-type doped lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide (LLZO) materials for solid-state battery technology. This process uses known manufacturing technology and is scalable to kilo-tonne quantities.
